Hand-sewn in Tashkent, Uzbekistan by Madina Kasimbaeva, one of the region's most famous embroiders, each embroidery took several hours to complete before being individually dyed with natural pigments. With three unique designs, this edition of Uzbekistan Living Treasures uses a traditional Suzani technique of silk embroidery with patterns inspired by different regions of Uzbekistan.
