High-quality merino wool from South Africa meets Yak!

Merino Yak has a very special mélange effect, created by the natural brown color of undyed yak fibers. Yak wool has particularly fine fibers for enjoyable, soft wearing comfort and it is also very warm but also lightweight. It looks particularly attractive in small Fair Isle and plait patterns.

This yarn will make gorgeous socks, shawls and garments! And because of it's polyamide content, it's machine washable at 30 degrees.

• 58% Merino, 28% Polymide, 14% Yak
• 100 gram ball
• 400 metres/437 yards
• Suggested needle size is 2 to 3 mm.
• Tension: 30 stitches and 42 rows = 10 cm
